Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 3 days before the start date are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. You may reschedule the service to another available date within 30 days at no additional cost if requested more than 3 days in advance. For requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled date, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a 20% rescheduling fee. This policy ensures optimal resource planning and quality delivery.
